Boissets farm is one part of the Causses country museum.
It truly interprets the Causses and the Gorges, presenting the environment, fauna and flora, farm life and limestone architecture:

5- Gourmet shop and restaurant
6- House of Sheep
7- House of Fauna and Flora
8- House of Prehistoric Man
9- Children's house and Mufflon sheep enclosure.
From the ridge you can admire the breathtaking panorama over the Tarn gorges, take a gourmet break with food from the Causse peasant's co-operative, discover the nearby Mufflon sheep enclosure or stroll along one of the marked trails.
