| Visit the Boisset farm on the mini-train. A guided tour around the site takes you to a viewpoint overlooking the Tarn Gorges (a drop of 500 m). The guide will tell you about the history of the farm and Causses architecture. You can also visit the bighorn sheep enclosure and an archeological exhibition, and taste and buy the co-operative's produce. The visit starts from Sainte-Enimie.
