The geological variety of the Lozère département offers thousands of wild tracks and marked trails in the midst of exceptional flora and fauna.
There are a number of mountain bike centres offering bike rental, guided tours and marked trails. Many are approved by the FFC (French cycling federation).

In the Margeride region you will find 400 km of marked circuits (7 green, 9 blue, 3 red and 3 black).
You can also follow the trail along the left bank of the Tarn gorges, discover the Causse Méjean and the Causse de Sauveterre or visit the dolmens and menhirs on the Mont Lozère.
Yet another possibility is a trip through the Cévennes National Park.
